Warm-Up - Combat Prep

Duration: 8-10 minutes.

Instructions: Move through the warm-up with purpose and intensity, preparing your body for the hardcore workout ahead.

Dynamic inchworm to spiderman lunge - 30 seconds

Main Workout - The Storm

Format: 30-minute AMRAP.

Instructions: Complete as many rounds as possible in 30 minutes, resting only when necessary.

Kettlebell swing + thruster - 10 reps. Bodyweight option: Burpee - 10 reps - Video

Mountain climbers - 20 reps

Push-ups - 10 reps

Dumbbell rows - 10 reps per arm. Bodyweight option: Bodyweight rows - 10 reps per arm - Video

Beginner Level - Storm Starter

Complete 2 rounds instead of 3, and use lighter weights or bodyweight options.

Focus on proper form and technique, and rest when needed.

Option 1: Increase the weight or reps.

Option 2: Decrease rest time between rounds.

Option 3: Add an extra round.

Optional Challenge Tier - Fury Mode

This section is optional. Complete it only if you feel strong and your form is solid.

Format: 4-minute tabata.

Instructions: Complete 20 seconds of work followed by 10 seconds of rest, for 4 minutes.

Instructions: Focus on deep breathing and static stretches to calm your body after the intense workout.
