Hi, I'm Coach Jules, founder of Hybrid Fit Life and the coach behind Daily Free Workout.

I created this site to give you a simple, free workout every day — without overcomplicating fitness or making you feel like you need a gym, loads of equipment, or an elite-level training plan.

Each workout is designed to be beginner-friendly, scalable, and effective. You can train with bodyweight, dumbbells, kettlebells, or whatever you have available.

You can drop in for one session, follow a few workouts each week, or complete all seven across the week as a proper training routine.

A Balanced Week of Training

The workouts are not random. Each week is designed to give you a mix of strength, cardio, conditioning, mobility, and recovery.

A typical week includes:
