Beginner Level

Use 30 seconds of work in Main Block A and 20 seconds of work in Main Block B, with full rests as written. In the finisher, complete 15-10-6 reps instead of 21-15-9 and keep effort around 5-6/10. Your goal is to keep moving with tidy form all the way through.

🔓

Intermediate / Advanced Options

Option 1: In Main Block A, use a slightly heavier load on the presses and keep every work period unbroken.

Option 2: In Main Block B, add 2-3 reps within each 30 second work window while keeping clean movement quality.

Option 3: In the finisher, keep the same 21-15-9 structure and aim to complete it with steadier breathing and fewer pauses.

Focus and Benefits

This session blends upper-body strength, lower-body work and core conditioning in a playful Saturday format. The split circuit design keeps the pace lively while giving each station enough focus to build quality reps. It fits well as a varied hybrid challenge in a balanced training week.
