Cool-Down β Lights Out
Duration: 5 minutes
Focus & Benefits
Builds full-body strength endurance through a simple seven-movement AMRAP where every station uses the same six-rep target. The bodyweight afterburn raises the conditioning demand before a difficult Pilates-inspired core block targets the obliques, hip flexors and deep abdominal muscles.
Pro Tip: Six reps is deliberately easy to remember. Keep moving steadily and let the accumulated rounds β not complicated counting β create the challenge.
