Focus & Benefits

Builds explosive power, overhead strength and trunk stability through hinging, pressing, pulling and fast footwork. The long main block trains repeatable conditioning without asking you to sprint from the start. The short finish and optional challenge add bite while keeping the session accessible.

Pro Tip: On the chipper, pace yourself through the burpees and break up the thrusters. You’ll finish stronger, move better, and get more quality work done.
