TODAY'S
WORKOUT
Gentle Reset Flow
Sun, 6 September 2026
37 minutes
rotation control, trunk stability and easy lower-body mobility
Kettlebell, with dumbbell and bodyweight options, plus mat if needed
Warm-Up β Loosen Up
Duration: 9 minutes.
Scheme: 2 relaxed rounds through the 5 moves, then take a few easy breaths before the main work.
Instructions: Move smoothly from one drill to the next, keeping the range comfortable and the breath unforced. Let the body wake up gradually.
Reset Circuit
Time: 15 minutes.
Format: Circuit
Scheme: 3 rounds of 50s work / 10s rest.
Instructions: Complete 50 seconds at each station, then rest 10 seconds before moving on. After the fifth station, keep the same rest before starting the next round. Use a light load where needed and keep every rep smooth, tidy and comfortable.
Beginner Level
Do 2 rounds instead of 3. Use bodyweight for the deadlifts and bear squats, and make the plank knee drives smaller. If needed, skip the reverse snow angel station and stand breathing slowly instead.
Intermediate / Advanced Options
Option 1: Add a fourth round if the whole session still feels very easy.
Option 2: Pause for 1 second at the top of each deadlift rep before lowering.
Option 3: Use a slower 3-second lowering phase on the bear squat.
Reset Control Flow
Cool-Down β Unwind
Duration: 4 minutes.
Scheme: 1 gentle pass through all 5 holds.
Instructions: Slow the breath right down and let each position soften. Nothing heroic here; just easy range and a calmer finish.
Focus & Benefits
Builds trunk stability and rotational control through anti-extension, hinging and gentle squat work. The circuit structure gives you repeat practice without any rush, helping you move better while keeping effort low. You should finish feeling looser, steadier and more refreshed.
Pro Tip: Keep your exhales a touch longer than your inhales. Itβs a simple way to help the whole session feel smoother and more restorative.
