Warm-Up - Energy Ignition

Duration: 8-10 minutes.

Instructions: Start with dynamic inchworm to spiderman lunge - 3 sets of 10 reps. Then move to leg swings - 3 sets of 15 reps - Video. Finish with high knees - 3 sets of 20 reps - Video.

Main Workout - Fusion Frenzy

Format: Adventure circuit.

Time Cap: 30 minutes.

Instructions: Complete as many rounds as possible in 30 minutes. Move steadily and keep form clean.

Burpee to push-up - 10 reps. Bodyweight option: Squat to push-up - 10 reps - Video and Video.

Dumbbell thrusters - 10 reps. Bodyweight option: Squat jumps - 10 reps - Video.

Kettlebell swings - 15 reps. Bodyweight option: Jumping jacks - 15 reps - Video.

Mountain climbers - 20 reps.

Beginner Level - Start Here

Complete 2 rounds instead of as many as possible. Use bodyweight squats instead of burpees. Step back instead of jumping. Keep effort at 6/10 and stop each set with 2-3 good reps left.

Intermediate / Advanced Options - Turn The Dial Up

Option 1: Add a round.

Option 2: Use heavier dumbbells or kettlebell.

Option 3: Reduce rest time between exercises.

Option 4: Track total rounds or completion time.

Instructions: Move through plank jacks - 30 seconds, then plank shoulder taps - 30 seconds - Video, and finish with side plank rotations - 30 seconds per side - Video.

Duration: 5-10 minutes.
