Format: Flow circuit.

Time Cap: 20 minutes.

Instructions: Move through each exercise in a flowing manner, resting only as needed.

Complete 2 rounds of the flow circuit, resting as needed. Use the bodyweight options for exercises that feel challenging.

Option 1: Add 5 reps to each exercise.

Option 2: Increase the time cap to 25 minutes.

Option 3: Add a 5-minute cool-down stretch after the flow circuit.
