Come workout with me at home! For this apartment-friendly workout video, we’re trying an intuitive workout routine! This means that this at home workout routine is… well, routine-less! We’re going to be working out and moving our body exactly how it feels like we should move it in that moment in time. No routine, experience, or equipment necessary! In my case, this is an awesome workout routine for beginners, a great full-body workout without equipment, and fantastic if you need an apartment-friendly workout routine (no jumping!) Since there are no jumps in this workout routine, this at home workout routine is also fantastic if you need low-impact movements, or if you’re a beginner just starting on your fitness journey. Feel free to follow along with me, or simply just listen to the music and move your body however you feel like you should move it for 20 straight minutes. We got this!
